Challenge: Bidvest Afcom needed a robust and modern web presence that could effectively showcase their extensive product range—over 400+ items—while overcoming long-standing UX and lead quality issues. Their previous website was cluttered, slow, and difficult to navigate, resulting in a high bounce rate and a large volume of irrelevant contact form submissions. Navigation was inconsistent, product discovery was frustrating, and overall design lacked the professionalism expected of a leading industrial packaging supplier.

Solution: Under the leadership of Johann Coetzee, TORIS Technologies reimagined the website with a modern UI/UX approach focused on intuitive structure and conversion-driven design. We developed a clean, responsive layout with clear product categorization, optimized performance, and strategic calls-to-action that improved navigation and mobile usability. Within the first 3 months post-launch, the site saw a 1000% increase in quality leads—jumping from roughly 30 total monthly inquiries (of which only 10% were high quality) to a significantly higher percentage of sales-ready contacts. The new platform now serves as a digital sales enabler, effectively supporting Bidvest Afcom’s nationwide B2B operations.
