Challenge: Bidvest Afcom, South Africa’s largest packaging supplier with 9 branches and over 60 sales reps, faced a major hurdle—off-the-shelf CRM solutions couldn’t support their complex B2B sales process. Each team, from internal sales to divisional managers, required a tailored workflow and reporting structure that simply didn’t exist in the market.

Solution: TORIS Technologies architected IRAS (Information, Reporting, and Analytical Software), a powerful, custom-built CRM platform designed to meet Bidvest Afcom’s operational DNA. Over a 5-year build, the platform grew from a CRM to a business-critical operations tool:
