Challenge: Journey Payroll & HR needed a centralized solution to manage their rapidly growing client base of over 2,200 organizations—including franchisees, partners, and direct customers. After attempting to implement multiple well-known CRM platforms, each failed to meet their operational needs due to complexity, poor usability for sales staff, or lack of custom workflow support. The lack of multi-tenant functionality and limited integration options created massive bottlenecks across onboarding, support, and operations.

Solution: TORIS Technologies designed and is currently implementing a fully custom, multi-tenant CRM system tailored to Journey’s exact processes. Each franchise or partner can securely operate within its own isolated environment, while HQ retains high-level visibility across all accounts. The CRM features deep Microsoft integrations—including Co-Pilot, Outlook, and Teams—allowing seamless communication, automation, and data tracking. Custom workflows and dashboards are designed for usability at every role level, enabling efficient sales and onboarding without overwhelming technical overhead. This architecture ensures scalability and extensibility as their national footprint continues to grow.
